1970 Chevrolet Chevelle

Much has been written about the 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS.  Every man from this era remembers a friend or family member that owned one.  That may well be the reason that every man wants one.  Although widely thought to be the fastest of all muscle cars, that honor actually went to Buick in 1970 with their Stage One Buick GS 455.  But, the LS6 Chevelle wasn’t far behind.  Our car was originally a 396 SS Big Block, but we removed that motor and put in a 450 Horsepower LS6 motor in its place.  We reworked the transmission and rear end, and, needless to say, she flies.
